Ready for Girls Club?
How to Book a Class
1. Choose a Chief Parent Organizer (CPO)
Every group needs a point person to coordinate. This parent—your Chief Parent Organizer—will lead the way.
2. Check the Calendar and Gauge Interest
The CPO sends out a text/email to their community suggesting potential dates for a Girls Club retreat or weekly classes.
3. CPO Contacts Annie
If at least 8 girls can attend on the same date, the CPO emails Annie Wolf proposing one or two dates for the retreat or weekly classes to begin. Once confirmed, Annie will add this date to the online calendar on the Girls Club website for direct booking.
4. Book!
Parents select the appropriate class title from the list below and select the correct date to individually book the retreat or weekly class for their daughters. This includes submitting a nonrefundable payment.
5. Fill Out Google Form
Once payment has been submitted, each parent will receive a confirmation email with a link to a Google Form. This for must be completed before the retreat as the last necessary step to secure enrollment. The group will have a one-week time limit to complete booking for all 8 (or more) participants.
6. Class Reminder
Participants will receive a reminder email 2 weeks before class with all the class details, reminders, and what to expect. Another reminder will be sent 2 days before class.
What happens if the group books a date, but there are less than 8 girls in the group?
All deposits are nonrefundable, and the retreat or class series will NOT be booked. It is imperative that at least 8 girls are secured before parents begin booking the date!
What happens if something comes up and the group needs to reschedule?
Annie will offer one other day as a possibility for a make-up retreat or class. If that date works for the group, the retreat or class will be rescheduled. If it does not work for the group, the class or retreat will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.
What happens if Annie gets sick or inclement weather prevents the retreat or class from happening?
Annie will offer two other days as a possibility for a make-up retreat or class. The group will vote on the preferred day, and the class will be rescheduled.
Note on Grouping:
3rd & 4th grade girls can be in the same class.
5th, 6th, & 7th grade girls can be in the same class.
The curriculum is the same for all age groups for the beginning level one-day retreat.
